About our Attorneys

Shawn MacPherson

After completing his undergraduate degree at Whitman College, and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence at the University of Oregon, Shawn joined the firm in 1994.  He has been a partner/member since 1998.  Shawn is licensed to practice law in both Washington and Oregon.  He focuses his practice on Real Estate, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Personal Injury.

David Schultz

David joined the firm in 2003.  He has been a partner/member since 2006.  He completed his Degree in Biology at Carroll College, and obtained the Degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Willamette University College of Law.  During his time at the firm, David has gained extensive trial and litigation experience.  He has successfully litigated criminal and civil matters in District Court, Superior Court, the Court of Appeals, and the Washington Supreme Court.
